I completed the base and the figure.
For the base I built a wooden frame and I filled it with foam, to simulate the terrain I spread sand and small stones, for the grass I used posidonia oceanica (neptune grass). The accessories are: Royal Model, Model Victoria and RB Model. 

 

 

A s I said the figure is a mix of Tristar, Miniart and Hornet with some modifications.

The small flags ar mede from a tin sheet, and copper rods.
