Revell: SPz Marder 1A3

In 1970 the Federal German Army received 2136 Marder mechanized infantry vehicles and from 1989 onwards the Marder 1 A3 variant with enhanced combat capability which had additional armour and an improved turret.

The crew consists of commander, gunner, driver and up to six mechanized infantrymen. The 6-cylinder Diesel engine with a capacity of 441 kW gives the vehicle a top speed of 65 km/h.
