TI Hobbies - Black Traks

TI Hobbies: Black Traks is a liquid solution to give your metal tracks a realistic weathered metal finish.

It is a three step process 1. Degrease 2. Condition 3. Blacken

This process does not damage your tracks – It is not a corrosive chemical!

The chemical reaction takes place on the track surface. This is not to say that it is easily removable, it CANNOT be rubbed off. A light sanding to the high points is all that is needed to show the wear areas.

With one kit you can do two sets of tracks. Being clean and tidy during the process is essential to make this happen. Comprehensive instructions are included in the kit with all the tips I have learnt along the way. These chemicals are water soluble but they are still harmful if your bare skin comes in contact with the solution. Always wear gloves and goggles plus use in a well ventilated area.
