Week-end review…
Military Miniatures in Review is published quarterly by Ampersand Publishing. This means they have a lot of time to organize, manage and design each issue at the best.
And this is what they actually do! Each issue is done in a very professional way. Also paper quality and printing is very high, it’s something very appreciated.
I have found a very nice work by Rick Lawler with his Rolls Royce Armored Car and the same goes for Doug’s Sd.Kfz 222 in 1/48 scale. Onother cool one is “Red-Beach One“ that depicts a Ford GPA and a US Marine . There is also a special regarding the Australian Centurion used in the Vietnam War, with a dozen of pages of model build and real photos. To end up my ‘likes’ goes also for UK Armour Winter Wash by Michael Rinaldi was also very instructive.
And let’s not forget one of the best things to enjoy on MMiR are the pages dedicated to “..what’s new on the figure front“!
Another good news is that Ampersand has recently dropped prices on annual subscriptions with a “HOLIDAY BLOWOUT SALE!”. Visit their website for more details.
